As you make your way through the masquerade ball, you spot e/n before he puts his black mask on.
They’re masks that cover the eyes and nose, so you decide to play a little joke on him.
You slip your silver face mask on and laugh because this is going to be so good.
And you’re finally going to get him.
As you walk in front of him, you ask him, “Wanna dance?”
His eyes widen just a little as he sees you. “Yes,” he says.
He grabs your hand and puts the other firmly on your hip.
His warm touch shocks you, and you gasp from the feeling. He guides you around the dance floor with surprising skill.
You didn’t know this about him.
“Are you here with anyone?” he asks you.
“Just some friends. You?” You gaze up at him and into his eyes.
“No. But I am looking for someone.”
“Oh?” You hold back a chuckle because you’re dying to know. “A girl? What’s her name?”
He nods. “Her name is y/n. Do you know her?”
Your head snaps up at him. Butterflies fill your belly. What?
After the song finishes, he pulls you to a dark corner and presses you against the wall. His hands are on either side of you, trapping you between them.
“Y/n, I know it’s you,” he says darkly.
