Her POV
After your road trip with e/n.
He’s been acting a little strange.
Different.
You sometimes catch him staring at you.
Like today.
You’re studying in the library, and e/n is here too, a few tables down.
You look up, and his intense eyes are on your face.
Your entire neck and cheeks are warm under his dark, penetrating gaze.
But then his eyes dart away fast.
This happens several times.
You squirm in your seat, frustrated.
What does it mean?
Did you do something wrong?
You’ve got to find out the truth.
HIS POV
After our road trip, I haven’t been the same. I admit it.
Y/n called my name out.
In. Her. Sleep.
My name on her pretty, kissable, tempting lips.
And it’s not something I can just bring up randomly to her. Right?
That would be weird, right?
It’s gotten so bad that I can’t sleep.
When I’m lying in bed at night, I think of her.
I feel like I’m going crazy now.
F*ck. And I’m trying to play it off like nothing has happened, but I think she knows.
I’m staring down at this boring a** essay I’m working on, and
Suddenly, a sweet voice says. “E/n? Can we talk?”
